Advanced Filters on Contacts

To enhance search efficiency and user experience, we have extended the filter capabilities from the application page to the contacts page.

Additionally, we have introduced new filters that allow users to refine searches with greater precision.

Key Enhancements:

  1. Location Filter Enhancements

    • Now searchable for improved usability.

    • Users can select individual states and countries.

    • Feature requested by Motion.

  2. New Filters Introduced

    • Institution

    • Degree

    • Past Company

    • Current Company

    • Industry

    • Offer Status

    • Users can explore these new filters directly in the product.

  3. Candidate Custom Filters

    • Fields of type Single Select, Date, Yes/No, and Number are now available as filter options.
