Understanding the Referrals Tab for Organization Members

The Referrals Tab allows organization members to easily refer candidates, share job opportunities, and track their referrals' progress. Below is a detailed overview of its features and functionalities.



As an organization member, your access to the Referrals Tab is similar to that of admins, hiring managers, and other key users. However, your view is limited to the referral-related functionalities.


Actions You Can Take

When you hover over a role, you will see three available options:

  1. Apply for the Position – Directly submit your application.
  2. Share on Social Media – Promote the job opportunity on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.
  3. Refer a Candidate – Submit a referral for a candidate who may be a good fit for the role.


Tracking Referred Candidates

The Referred Candidates tab provides a summary of all candidates you have referred. You can monitor their progress throughout the hiring process and stay updated on their application status.
