Virtual interviews have become a vital part of the hiring process, offering convenience and flexibility for both candidates and interviewers.


How to Join a Virtual Interview in Kula


  1. Once the interview is scheduled, you’ll receive an email invitation containing all the relevant details. The email will include:
    • Interview date and time
    • Interviewer's name
    • The link to join the virtual meeting platform (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet)
  2. The email will display the interview time in your local timezone, so there’s no need to convert manually. If you need to reschedule or clarify the time, reach out to the recruiter as soon as possible.
  3. A few minutes before your interview, open the calendar invitation and click the Virtual Interview link (Google Meet or Zoom conference link is present in the Calendar Invite). This will redirect you to the video conferencing platform being used for the interview.

  4. When prompted, give the browser or app permission to access your camera and microphone.

    Note: No need to worry about taking notes! The Interview Notetaker will capture all the important details, allowing you to focus fully on the candidate.
