Survey responses

Once a candidate or hiring manager submits a survey, their answers appear directly on the candidate's profile, so you don't have to go looking for them anywhere else.

Use survey responses to see how someone answered before you follow up, or to track how completely your team is collecting feedback across candidates.

Where to find responses

  1. Open the candidate's profile.

  2. Go to the Overview section.

  3. Click on the View button.

What you'll see

  • Survey name and type (Candidate survey or HM survey).

  • Sent by: who sent the survey.

  • Job stage when sent: which pipeline stage triggered it.

  • Sent at and Submitted at timestamps.

  • Answers: each question and its response.

Note: The Surveys accordion only appears if a survey has been sent for that candidate.
