How to Enable Job Boards

Finding top talent is a significant challenge for recruiting teams. Recruiters spend countless hours posting jobs, collecting resumes, and coordinating interviews. One crucial aspect of successful recruitment is ensuring job postings reach potential candidates by maximizing visibility through distribution channels.


Set Up Job Board Integration in Kula


  1.  Log in to your Kula ATS account and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Go to the Job Boards section. Here, you will be presented with two options:

    • LinkedIn: This option allows you to post jobs directly to LinkedIn. 
      1. Enable the LinkedIn option. 
      2. Enter your LinkedIn Company ID.
      3. Click on Save. 

        Note: Here's how to find your Company ID.

    • JobTarget: This option allows you to post jobs to multiple job boards. Note that some job boards require a fee. 
      1. Enable the JobTarget option.
      2. Select from the following:
        • Paid job posting: This will let you post your jobs to premium job boards through JobTarget. You can select from a wide range of 100+ job boards.
        • Organic job posting (Free): This will let you post your jobs to all the available free job boards from JobTarget.

          Note that you can’t pick individual job boards, the job will be posted to all of them simultaneously.
      3. Once done, click on Save.
    • Both: You can choose to enable both options for flexibility in job posting.
