To efficiently manage job postings and candidate workflows, Kula ATS provides several key features. Understanding these essentials will help you navigate and optimize your recruitment process. 



Here’s a guide to the main components you’ll interact with.


Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of your current job postings, candidate pipelines, and overall recruitment metrics.


Key Components of the Dashboard:

  • Number of Applications - Includes a chart that shows the percentage and total counts of accepted and rejected applications.
  • Pipeline - Provides a breakdown of candidates in different stages. This allows you to monitor the flow of candidates and identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Application Trend - Tracks the trend of applications over time.
  • Source Split-Up - Shows the distribution of applications based on different job boards, social media, referrals, or other sources. This helps in evaluating the effectiveness of various recruitment channels and optimizing your sourcing strategy.


Pipeline

Track candidates’ status from application to hire, move candidates between stages, and monitor overall pipeline health.


Key Components of the Pipeline View:

  • Quick Review: You can start a quick review of all applicants to speed run your queue!
  • Pipeline Stages - The Pipeline displays stages based on the Interview Plan you selected. Each stage represents a different phase of the interview process.
  • Candidate Tracking - Users will see the candidates currently at each stage of the Pipeline, allowing you to monitor their progress and manage their workflow effectively.
  • Latest Activity - View the latest activity that have been completed for each candidate.
  • Stage Duration - See how many days each candidate has been in their current stage.
  • Candidate Profile Access- By clicking on a candidate's name, you can access their profile and view:
    • Current Job: The candidate's current position or employment status.
    • Resume: The candidate’s resume for a comprehensive overview of their qualifications and experience.
    • Notes: Any notes or comments added about the candidate throughout the recruitment process.



Candidates


Manage all your candidates effectively, keeping track of their progress and interactions throughout the recruitment process.


Key Components of the Candidates Section:

  • Candidate List: View a list of all candidates who have applied for your job postings.
  • Search and Filters: Use search and filters to find specific candidates based on various criteria such as:
    • Credited to: Identify who referred or credited the candidate.
    • Skills: Filter candidates based on their skills and expertise.
    • Tags: Utilize tags to categorize and filter candidates.
    • Current Employer: Search for candidates by their current employer.
    • School: Filter candidates based on their educational background or specific schools they attended.
    • Bulk Actions: Perform bulk actions like sending emails, rejecting candidates, moving candidates to another stage, or adding them to another job.
  • Candidate Profiles: Access detailed profiles for each candidate, including their application history, interview feedback, and communication logs.



Job Boards

Post jobs to various job boards to maximize visibility and attract a diverse pool of candidates.

  • Job Board Integration:
    • Multiple Job Boards: Seamlessly connect with a wide range of job boards, including popular platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and niche job sites relevant to your industry.
    • Unified Posting: Post your job openings to multiple job boards simultaneously with a single submission, saving time and ensuring consistent job descriptions across all platforms.

Activity Feed

Stay updated with detailed logs of candidate activities.
