Kula allows you to create custom offer fields to capture specific details about an offer. These fields are visible when a candidate reaches the offer stage in the offer activity section.
How to add custom offer fields:
Click on the Settings icon at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Under the Custom Fields section, select Offer Fields.
Default Offer Information:
- You will see the Default Information section containing the following fields:
- Candidate Name
- Job Title
- Reporting Manager
- Department
- Office Location
- Rec ID
- Level of Job
- Offered Compensation Amount
- Pay Type
- Offered Equity
- Vesting Cliff for Equity
- Vesting Interval for Equity
- Vesting Period for Equity
- Bonus
- Offer Expiration Date
- Start Date
- Required Visa/Authorization (International)
- Required Visa/Authorization (US)
- Work Authorization Status
Note: The fields in this section are not editable.
- You will see the Default Information section containing the following fields:
- Click the Add Custom Offer Field button in the top-right corner.
- Fill in Field Details:
- Enter the field name in the Field Name section.
- Select the field type from the following options:
- Short Text (single line)
- Long Text (multiple lines)
- Single Select (one answer)
- Multi-Select (multiple answers)
- Date (select a date)
- Number (input numbers)
- URL (input a web address)
- Yes/No (choose either yes or no)
Note: Field types cannot be changed after selection.
- Complete Additional Fields:
- Add a description (optional).
- The Token field will auto-populate.
- Choose office locations and departments where the custom field will appear.
- Select the Required Field checkbox if this field must be completed.
- Click Add to finalize your custom offer field.
Edit a Custom Offer Field
- To edit, click the field name on the Offer Fields page under Custom Fields, update the necessary information, and click Save.
Delete a Custom Offer Field
- To delete, click the Delete icon next to the field on the Offer Fields page. Confirm the action by clicking Yes, Delete in the pop-up modal.
