Managing your company's career page URL
Last updated: April 10, 2026
The Career Portal in Kula gives you full control over your brand's career page — from the URL and embedding options to your logo, SEO settings, and social media previews.
This article walks you through everything you need to configure a polished, on-brand career page that attracts the right candidates.
Getting Started
Navigate to Settings in your Kula dashboard.
Go to Career Page and Job Boards > Career Page Builder.
Alternatively, search for "Career Page Builder" in Settings.
Work through each section below, then click Save to apply all changes.

1. Update Your Organization Profile
The organisation profile controls the core details displayed on and linked from your career page.
Organization Name — Enter your company's name as it should appear on the career page.
Website — The URL your company logo will link to, directing candidates to your main website.
Career Page URL — Review the URL where your Kula career page is hosted. This is auto-generated based on your organisation name and follows the format
https://careers.kula.ai/your-company-name.
2. Upload Your Logo and Favicon
Your logo and favicon are the first brand elements candidates see — on your career page and in their browser tab.
Asset | Recommended Size | Supported Formats |
Logo | 60 x 60 px | PNG, SVG, JPG |
Favicon | 32 x 32 px | ICO, PNG, JPG |
The logo appears in the header of your career page and links to your company website.
The favicon appears in the browser tab when candidates visit your career page.

3. Embed Your Career Page on Your Website
If you want to host your Kula career page within your own company website, you can embed it using the provided embed code.
In the Career Page Builder, scroll to the Career Page Embedding section.
Copy the Embed Code and paste it into the relevant page on your website.
In the Allowed Domain field, enter the URL of the website where you plan to embed the career page (e.g.,
https://www.yourcompany.com).
When embedding, you can choose what to display:
Option | What It Shows |
Job list only | Just the list of open roles |
Full page | Full career page with branding, filters, and listings |
Job links inside the embedded iframe open in a new browser tab by default.

4. Enable Job Filters
Allow candidates to filter jobs on your career page by department or location to help them find relevant roles faster.
Enable the filters you want to make available (department, location, or both).
If enabling department filters, choose the level of departments candidates can use to browse and filter jobs.

5. Set the Application Confirmation Message
Customize the message candidates see after submitting an application on your Kula career page. Enter this under the Messaging section of the Career Page Builder.

6. Configure SEO Settings
SEO settings help your career page rank higher in search results and attract qualified candidates organically.
SEO Title — The title that appears in search engine results. Keep it concise and include your company name (e.g., "Careers at Acme — Join Our Team").
Meta Description — A short summary (150–160 characters recommended) that appears beneath your career page link in Google and other search results.

7. Configure Open Graph Settings
Open Graph settings control how your career page looks when shared as a link on LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms. A well-configured preview can significantly improve click-through rates.
Field | Description |
Title | The headline shown in the social media link preview |
Description | The short summary shown below the title |
Image | The thumbnail image shown alongside the preview |
Recommended image spec: 1200 x 630 px, 1.91:1 aspect ratio.

8. Integrate Google Analytics
To track traffic and candidate behaviour on your career page, connect it to Google Analytics using your Google Analytics Measurement ID.
Note: As the site owner, you are responsible for ensuring your career page handles data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR.

9. Save Your Configuration
Once you've completed all configurations, click Save at the bottom of the Career Page Builder. Your career page will reflect the updates immediately.
