Updating Your Company Name and Logo

Your company name and logo appear across the entire Kula platform — in job postings, candidate-facing emails, your career page, assessments, and more. This guide explains how to update both from Organization Settings.
Permission required: Only users with Admin or Super Admin access can update these settings.
How to Update Your Company Name
Go to Settings → Organization → General.
Under the Details section, find the Company Name field.
Update the name and click Save.
Note: Changes to your company name are reflected immediately across the entire app and all candidate-facing communications. Your domain or career page URL is not affected by this change.

How to Upload Your Logo and Favicon
Go to Settings → Organization → General.
Scroll down to the Logo & Favicon section.
Click Upload next to:
Logo — appears on your career page and candidate-facing assets.
Favicon — the small icon shown in the browser tab when candidates visit your career page.
Select your image file and save.
Recommended specifications:

Logo | 60 × 60 px | PNG, SVG, JPG |
Favicon | 32 × 32 px | ICO, PNG, JPG |
Tip: Use SVG format for your logo wherever possible. SVG files scale cleanly at any resolution and look sharp on all screen sizes.

Once updated, your company name and logo are reflected across:
Your Kula career page and embedded job listings
Candidate-facing emails sent from Kula
Assessment pages sent to candidates
The interview scheduling page candidates see when self-scheduling
Internal views across the platform
FAQs
Will changing the company name affect my career page URL? No. The career page URL is set separately and is not changed when you update the company name. See Managing your company's career page URL for details.
What happens if I upload a logo that is larger than recommended? Kula will display the image, but oversized images may appear stretched or misaligned in some views. Using the recommended dimensions ensures clean rendering across the platform.
Who can update the company name and logo? Only users with Admin or Super Admin access. If you do not see the Settings → Organization section, contact your workspace admin.
