Update the Resume of Existing Candidates

Recruiters often encounter situations where candidates mistakenly apply with outdated resumes or when an older candidate is being considered for a new job and requires an updated resume.

To streamline this process, Kula now allows recruiters to update a candidate’s resume directly from within the candidate profile in a job.

Key Benefits

  • Ensures that the most recent resume is always considered for job applications.

  • Saves time by eliminating the need for manual updates outside the system.

  • Enhances the accuracy of candidate evaluations.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to the candidate’s profile within the job listing.

  2. Locate the Update Resume option.

  3. Upload the latest resume file.

  4. The updated resume will immediately replace the old one in the candidate’s profile.

  5. If the candidate is in the Application Review stage, the AI scoring will be re-run based on the new resume.

Important Considerations

  • This feature ensures that the latest resume is used for hiring decisions, improving the accuracy of candidate evaluations.

  • If the candidate is in the AI-driven application review process, the system will automatically re-score them based on the new resume.
