Set Up Your Career Page

The Career Portal in Kula empowers recruiters to have full control over their brand's career page. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up and customize your Career Portal, so you can attract top talent while maintaining the unique identity of your company.

Set Up your Career Page

1. Start by navigating to the Settings section of your Kula dashboard.

2. Navigate to: Career page and job boards section > Career Page Builder

   • Alternatively, you can search for "Career Page Builder" in the settings.

3. Update and Review the Organization Profile

   • Organization Name: Enter your company's name.
   • Website: Input the URL that will hyperlink your company's logo on the career page, directing users to your website.
   • Career Page URL: Review the URL where your Kula career page will be hosted.

4. Update Logo & Favicon

   • Upload Logo: We recommend using a 60 x 60 px PNG, SVG, or JPG image.
   • Favicon: Use a 32 x 32 px ICO, PNG, or JPG image for the favicon.

5. Career Page Embedding

   • Embed Code: Embed your Kula career page on your website using the provided code. You can choose to display either the job list only or the full page.
   • Allowed Domain: Specify the URL of the website where you plan to embed the Kula career page.

6. Enable filters on your career page to allow candidates to sort jobs by department or location.

   • Note: Choose the level of departments that candidates can use to view and filter jobs on your career page.
7. Enter the message applicants will see upon submitting their application on your Kula career page under the Messaging section. 

8. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

   • Title: Input the SEO title for your career page.
   • Meta Description: Write a meta description to help your Kula career page rank higher in Google search results and attract qualified candidates.
   • Open Graph Settings:Customize the preview that appears when sharing your career page on LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms. We recommend a 1200 x 630 px image with a 1.91:1 aspect ratio.
     • Title: Provide the Open Graph title.
     • Description: Add the Open Graph description.
     • Image: Upload the Open Graph image.

9. Integrate Google Analytics with your Kula career page using your Google Analytics Measurement ID.

   • Note: As a site owner, you are responsible for ensuring that your site handles data in compliance with privacy laws such as GDPR.

10. Once you’ve completed all configurations, click on Save to apply the changes.
