Effectively communicating with multiple candidates simultaneously is essential for maintaining a smooth and efficient hiring process. Kula ATS provides an easy way to send bulk emails to candidates within a specific job.

How to Communicate with Multiple Candidates at Once through Kula

  1. Start by going to the Candidates page within the specific job you’re working on. Here, you'll see a list of all candidates associated with that job.
  2. From the list, select the candidates you wish to reach out to. You can select multiple candidates by checking the boxes next to their names
  3. Once you’ve selected your candidates, click on the Send Email button. This will open a pop-up window where you can compose your message.
  4. In the pop-up window, you can start crafting your email:
    • From Field: You can select a different sender in the From field. For example, if you want to send an email on behalf of a hiring manager, you can select them as the sender.
    • CC and BCC Fields: If you need to include others in the communication, you can add email addresses in the CC and BCC fields.
    • Subject and Body: Enter the email's subject and body. This is where you can provide candidates with the necessary information or updates.
  5. After composing your message, click on the Send Email button to send your email to all selected candidates.

Note: You can also use a pre-defined email template by selecting one from the Choose Template dropdown. This feature is particularly useful for sending standardized messages to multiple candidates.
