The Interviewer Pool consists of people who handle candidate interviews, evaluate their performance, and provide feedback during different interview stages. In Kula, you can create predefined interviewer pools, making it easy to assign them to specific job roles during the job creation process, particularly in interview plans.
How to Add an Interviewer Pool
- Click the Settings icon at the bottom of the left-side menu.
- Under the Interviews & Scheduling section, click Interviewer Pool.
- Click the Add Interviewer Pool button in the top-right corner.
- Enter a name for the pool in the Interviewer Pool Name field.
- Add the relevant interviewers by typing their names in the Add Interviewer field.
- Click the Add button to save the pool.
How to Edit an Interviewer Pool
- On the Interviewer Pool homepage, hover over the pool you wish to edit.
- Click the Edit icon.
- Update the details as necessary.
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
How to Clone an Interviewer Pool
- On the Interviewer Pool homepage, hover over the pool you wish to clone.
- Click the Clone icon.
- Enter a unique name for the new pool.
- Click Clone to create a copy of the interviewer pool.
How to Archive an Interviewer Pool
- On the Interviewer Pool homepage, hover over the pool you wish to archive.
- Click the Archive icon.
- In the confirmation modal, type ARCHIVE to confirm.
- Click Yes, Archive to complete the action.
