Sources describe where a candidate was introduced to your organization by job consideration (each application has a unique source). They also play a pivotal role in providing you with insights into how candidates are entering your talent pipeline and the quality of those channels. This is typically useful for establishing the ROI of your job market spending as well as identifying trends and changes at the top of your recruitment funnel.

Create a Source type

  1. Click on the Settings icon at the bottom of the left-side menu.

  2. Under the Organization Settings section, select Candidate Sources.

  3. Click the Add Source Type button in the top right corner of the screen.

  1. Fill in the source type’s name in the Source Type Name field and click on the Add button.
