Job-Level Custom Fields
Last updated: April 10, 2026
Job custom fields let you capture additional information about a role beyond the standard fields like title, department, and office. Use them to track internal data that matters to your team — things like job codes, cost centres, target start dates, priority levels, or hiring notes.
These fields are internal only — they never appear on the candidate-facing job post.
Custom job fields are set up by Admins and appear on all jobs under Settings → Job Info once created. You can make a field required or optional, and scope it to appear only for specific offices or departments.
For a full walkthrough on adding, editing, and deleting custom job fields, refer to Configuring Custom Fields – Job Fields.
