Minimum Notice for Self-Scheduling Interviews

Last updated: August 28, 2025

Super Admins and Admins can now set a minimum notice period (in hours or days) for self-scheduled interviews. This ensures interviewers always have enough time to prepare before meeting a candidate.

How to Set Up Minimum Notice

  1. 🔑 Login to your account as a Super Admin/Admin.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Interviews Scheduling → Scheduling Preferences.

  3. 🔍 Look for the option Minimum Notice for Self Schedule Interviews > Enable.

  4. 🕒 Choose whether you want to set the restriction in Hours or Days.

    • Example: 24 hours → Candidate must book at least 1 day in advance.

    • Example: 2 days → Candidate must book at least 2 days in advance.

  5. 💾 Click Save to apply the changes.

  6. The system will now enforce this rule automatically whenever candidates self-schedule.
