The Candidate Profile in Kula ATS provides a comprehensive view of all relevant information about a candidate, helping you and your team make informed hiring decisions.

Candidate Information

When viewing a candidate profile, the left section provides key details at a glance, including:

  • Name and Current Job Title: The candidate’s full name and their most recent or current job title.

  • Social Links: Links to the candidate’s social media profiles, such as LinkedIn or GitHub, if available.

  • Email: The candidate’s primary email address.

  • Phone Number: The candidate’s contact phone number.

  • Location: The candidate’s current city or region.

  • Source: Indicates where the candidate was sourced from (e.g., job board, referral).

  • Credited To: Shows the team member who sourced or referred the candidate.

Further down the left section, you’ll find additional details:

  • Experience: A list of the candidate’s previous job experiences, including the companies they’ve worked for, their roles, and the duration of employment.

  • Education: Information about the candidate’s educational background, including institutions attended, degrees earned, and graduation dates.

  • Skills: A summary of the key skills the candidate possesses, often pulled from their resume or manually added by a recruiter.

  • Tags: Custom tags that help categorize and organize candidates based on specific criteria relevant to your hiring process.

In addition to the candidate’s basic information, the Candidate Profile contains several other important sections:

  • Overview: This section gives you a broad view of all the jobs, projects, and flows the candidate has been involved in within your organization. It’s a useful summary that helps you see the candidate’s journey and engagement with your hiring process.

  • Activity Feed: The Activity Feed logs all activities related to the candidate, including interview feedback, status changes, emails sent, and any updates made to their profile. This chronological feed helps track every interaction with the candidate.

  • Resumes: The Resumes section houses all versions of the candidate’s resume that have been uploaded. This allows you to review their career history in detail and compare different versions if needed.

  • Notes: Here, you and your team can add notes about the candidate. Notes can be made private, visible only to you, or public, shared with other team members. This is useful for recording feedback, observations, or reminders related to the candidate.
