Kula allows you to create multi-stage approval workflows, ensuring that various stakeholders review and sign off on interview plans, job settings, and job postings.
Customize the Default Job Approval Workflow
Click on the "Settings" icon located at the bottom of the left-side menu.
In the "Approvals" section, select "Job Approval."
You will now be prompted to enable this feature by toggling the switch to activate job approval workflows for your organization.
Once enabled, you will see a "Default Approval" workflow provided by Kula, which can be customized.
Hover over the "Default Approval" section and click on the edit icon.
You will notice that the fields for "Department," "Location," and "Work Type" are filled. You can modify this further based on your requirements.
The default workflow includes a two-step approval process.
Add or remove users from each step of the approval process in the "Reviewers" field.
Decide whether approval from all reviewers is required by selecting or deselecting the "All reviewers need to approve" checkbox.
To add more steps in the approval process, click on the "Add Step" button and configure accordingly.
Click "Save" to apply your configurations.
Editing Job Approvals
Click the edit icon on the "Job Approval" homepage.
Update the fields and steps according to your current needs.
Click "Save" to complete the updates.
Deleting Job Approvals
Hover over the respective workflow on the "Job Approval" homepage and click the delete icon.
A confirmation modal will appear; type "DELETE" to confirm.
Click "Yes, Delete" to finalize the action.
Disabling Job Approvals
Toggle the button to disable job approvals.
A confirmation modal will appear.
Click "Yes, confirm" to finalize the action.
