Task management in Kula allows you to keep track of critical workflows and approvals, ensuring smooth operations across your hiring processes.
Jobs
The Jobs tab displays tasks associated with various stages of job management, including:
Scorecards: Tasks where you can fill out scorecards, review the candidate profile, and link to related activities such as interviews or assessments.
Job Approvals: Tasks to approve or review job postings before they go live.
Offer Approvals: Tasks for approving candidate offers before they are sent out.
You can sort tasks in the Jobs tab by Most Recent or Oldest First to quickly find the tasks you need to prioritize.
Flows
The Flows tab organizes tasks based on their status, helping you manage and prioritize Flow steps effectively:
Overdue: Tasks that have passed their deadline and require immediate attention.
Today: Tasks scheduled to be completed today.
Upcoming: Tasks planned for the future.
Completed: Tasks that have been successfully completed.
Failed/Skipped: Tasks that were not completed or skipped.
You can also use filters in the Flows tab to refine your task view:
Flow: Filter tasks by the specific workflow they belong to.
Schedule: Filter tasks based on whether they are In Schedule or Out of Schedule.
Mode: View tasks by their mode, such as All, Auto, or Manual.
How to Manage Tasks
- Navigate to the Task page by clicking on the Task icon from the left menu.
- Choose between the Jobs or Flows tab based on the tasks you want to manage.
Organize Tasks:
In the Jobs tab, sort tasks by Most Recent or Oldest First to focus on what matters most.
In the Flows tab, apply filters like Flow, Schedule, or Mode to narrow down the list of tasks.
- Review Task Details:
Click on a task to view its details, such as related workflows, due dates, or linked activities.
For Scorecards, review the candidate profile and associated interviews or assessments.
For Approvals, use the links to navigate directly to the relevant job or offer.
- Take Action on Tasks:
Complete pending and overdue tasks immediately to stay on track.
