Manage Offer Approvals

Kula’s offer approval workflow helps streamline the process, ensuring key stakeholders like finance, HR, and hiring managers are aligned with the offers you generate.

Customize the default offer approval

1. Click on the "Settings" icon located at the bottom of the left-side menu.

2. Under the "Approvals" section, select "Offer Approval."

3. You will be prompted to enable this workflow for your organization by toggling the switch.
   

4. Once enabled, you will see a "Default Approval" workflow provided by Kula, which can be customized.

5. Hover over the "Default Approval" section and click on the edit icon.

6. The fields for "Department," "Location," and "Work Type" are set for all categories and cannot be modified.
   

7. The default workflow includes a two-step approval process.

8. Add or remove users from each step of the approval process in the "Reviewers" field.

9. Choose whether all reviewers need to approve or if one reviewer is sufficient by selecting or deselecting the "All reviewers need to approve" checkbox.

10. To add more steps in the approval process, click on the "Add Step" button and configure as needed.

11. Click "Save" to apply the configurations.

Editing an Offer Approval 

1. On the "Offer Approval" homepage, click the edit icon.

2. Update the fields and steps according to your needs.

3. Click "Save" to complete the updates.

Deleting an Offer Approval

1. Hover over the respective workflow on the "Offer Approval" homepage and click the delete icon.

2. A confirmation modal will appear. Type "DELETE" to confirm.

3. Click "Yes, Delete" to finalize the action.

Disabling Offer Approvals

1. Toggle the switch to disable offer approvals.

2. A confirmation modal will appear.

3. Click "Yes, Confirm" to finalize the action.
