Receiving and Completing an Assessment as a Candidate

As a candidate, the assessment phase is a valuable opportunity to showcase your skills and qualifications.


Steps to Complete an Assessment


  1. Once the assessment is sent to you by the recruiter, you will receive an email from Kula with a link to begin.
  2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a distraction-free environment before starting.
  3. Click on the Go to assessment link in the email. This link will direct you to the assessment page in the Kula platform.
  4. To begin, click on the Start the assessment button.
  5. You will then be redirected to the Assessment page where you will find all the instructions you would need.
  6. On the right part of the page, you will see a space to provide all your answers. You may also upload multiple files.
  7. Before submitting, check your responses to ensure they’re accurate and complete.
  8. When you’re ready, click Submit assessment. Once submitted, your assessment will be reviewed by the hiring team.
