Your tasks & to-do list
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Your Home dashboard's Pending activities list is where Kula surfaces the things waiting on you — scorecards to fill, approvals to act on — so you don't have to go hunting for them job by job. This article covers what shows up there and how to filter it.
Who can do this: Super Admin, Admin, Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Organisation Member — whoever has an action pending sees it here.
Where to find it: Home dashboard → Pending activities.
What shows up in Pending activities
Scorecard to fill: An interview you were part of needs your feedback.
Job, offer, or requisition approval: Something is waiting on your sign-off.
Pending activities is built from your real, system-generated to-dos inside the hiring workflow — it isn't a place where you (or anyone else) can add a free-form note-to-self. See Good to know below.

Filter your list — and keep it filtered

Open Home dashboard.
In Pending activities, apply a filter (for example, by type).
Your filter stays applied the next time you come back to the dashboard — you don't need to reset it every visit.
Good to know
There's no way to create your own reminder or task. Kula doesn't currently support a free-form "remind me about this in 3 days" or "follow up with this candidate next week" feature — Pending activities only shows items the system generates as part of the hiring workflow (scorecards, approvals). Creating your own reminders is on the roadmap but not built yet.
FAQ
Does Kula have a reminder or snooze function so it can remind me about a candidate on a certain date?
Not yet. Kula doesn't currently support setting a custom reminder or snooze date for a candidate or task — Pending activities only surfaces system-generated items like scorecards and approvals. This is a requested feature, not yet built.
