Closing a job in Kula ATS is a necessary step once the recruitment process is complete or if the position is no longer available. This guide will walk you through the process of closing a job, ensuring that it is properly archived and no longer visible to candidates.

How to Close a Job

  1.  Start by logging into your Kula ATS account and navigating to the Jobs page. Once there, find the job you want to close and click on its title to open the job details.
  2. Beside the Job Title, you’ll see a button indicating the current status of the job (e.g., Open, Draft). Click on this status button, and a dropdown menu will appear. From this menu, select the "Close job" option to begin the closing process.

  3. After selecting "Close job," you’ll be prompted to choose a reason for closing the job. This could be because the position has been filled, the role is no longer needed, or another reason. Choose the appropriate option from the list provided, then confirm your selection to close the job.
