Messaging & Signatures Settings

There are times when a recruiter will reach out to candidates in bulk in a short time period because of Kula's automation prowess. Be it via email or LinkedIn. This would typically raise spam flags among the service providers, and it would affect their company's domain health or their LinkedIn account as a whole. To tackle this situation, we built a user-specific spam control protocol and enabled our users to avoid these dreadful consequences.

  1. Click on the "Settings" icon that is located at the very bottom of the left-side menu.

  1. Under the "User Settings" section, click on "Messaging & Signature."

  1. Ensure that you set the optimum "24-Hour Sending Limit" and the "Delay Between" parameters for the email channel of communication.

  1. Ensure that you set the optimum "24-Hour Sending Limit" and the "Delay Between" parameters for InMails, and similarly set the optimum "Weekly Limit" and the "Delay Between" parameters for Connection Requests.

NOTE: You can do this by simply clicking on the circular button and dragging it across like a slider.

  1. Add your go-to email signature in the email signature section.

NOTE: This will be used by default in all of your outgoing emails to candidates from Kula.

  1. Complete this section and save the configurations by clicking on the "Save" button.
